you’ll keep getting more of it.
My advice? Think about what you DO want.
When you find yourself deep into what’s wrong, do something physical, like snapping your fingers or turning to face a different direction, and think about what you DO want.
Get a clear picture of it in your head and imagine how you’ll feel.
Hold onto that thought! Anything is possible!
