“Our materialistic society has minimal interest in subtleties, but those with ultra-sensitivity were highly valued in traditional cultures.
We were the wisdom keepers, the advisors of kings.
It’s time to acknowledge your incredible gifts. You have an insight into life and unseen realities that most people don’t begin to understand.
You are part of a special tribe of spiritually astute warriors.”

Many of my clients are highly sensitive and one of the things I help them with is figuring out how to manage their sensitivity in the real world so they can live a life they love.
What does that mean?
How to Manage Life as a Highly Sensitive Person
Here are 3 easy things you can begin with that will make your life more manageable now:
It’s the small things that really count.
* Like washing a load of laundry every couple of days instead of spending an entire day washing, drying, folding and hanging laundry. (And stressing all week long about that huge pile of laundry you’ll have to tackle on your days off.)
* Like setting aside 15 -20 minutes every workday for yourself – a sacred time when you can be with your Self. No chatting or viewing your devices. Just you, your Self and your own thoughts.
* Like taking a few minutes during your lunch break to be alone and peaceful.
One of the simplest things you can do when you’re feeling too stressed or anxious is to stop what you’re doing, close your eyes, and simply think about breathing. You can count your breaths. You can breathe in Peace and breathe out Stress. The main thing is to focus solely on your breathing.
