Chakras are the energy centers of your body, the areas where certain core characteristics of survival, personal growth, and spiritual growth are seeded, with the intention of growing into the you that you are meant to be. And then the messiness of life happens.

We’ll start each session with my signature Sacred Space and Boundaries Meditation.
You’ll relax through the guided meditation in a light trance, using your vivid imagination to cleanse your chakras and install the appropriate affirmations and intention statements.

Then we’ll have an open Q&A because, if you’re anything like me, you’re sure to have some questions. Heaven knows I’ve got lots of questions, lol.

We’re going to entwine self-compassion into your cleansing experience because you may have some yucky stuff come up. It’s better to get it cleaned out than to live with it, though.
Self-criticism undermines your motivation. You know that one all too well, right? Self-compassion offers many benefits, such as relating to ourselves kindly.
According to scientific studies, self-compassion is strongly related to less depression, greater motivation, healthy lifestyle choices, and more connectedness with others in personal relationships.
Self-compassion is there when all else fails you, because self-compassion is non-judgmental.
This is a done-for-you experience, not something you have to study and learn. Although when you’re finished, you’ll intuitively know how to do a thorough cleansing for yourself.
