Flower essences work on the emotions that stop you from carrying out the intentions of your soul by neutralizing the negative emotional state with the harmonizing qualities of the flowers, returning balance and bringing peace and relief. Some people experience relief within a few days. Others simply notice that they no longer feel the same way they did before.
Dosage is 4 drops at a time as often as you like, ideally when you wake, before meals, and at bedtime. It will work even if you can only take it twice a day (upon waking and before sleeping). Take only 4 drops at a time. Taking 4 drops more often works better than taking a lot of drops less often.
Apply topically to the skin or under the tongue. Flavorless but slightly sweet. 1 ounce glass bottle.
