My dear friend,
I asked Spirit what you need to hear, about peacefulness. As usual, Spirit had a ready reply — and in this case, it wasn’t convoluted or obscure. Your message:
It’s time to let yourself relax, to cut back on your busy-ness. You need to prioritize your own health and wellbeing, giving yourself the time and attention to go within so you can listen to your Soul.
Yes, I know there are many demands on your time and attention; but remember that the more peaceful and relaxed you feel, the better you’re able to tend to the needs of others. The better you can do your job.
The reverse of this card is that you may be very busy very soon. Just remember to set aside some time for tending to You.
Take breaks as needed, not when you’re collapsing from exhaustion.
Studies have shown that people who take regular breaks are more productive.
