After all, how are you gonna take good care of Number 2 or 3 (and so on) if your butt is draggin’?

So take some time for yourself.

  • Gaze at some trees.
  • Plant some flowers.
  • Watch the sun set.
  • Feel the breeze caress your skin.
  • Go to bed early.
  • Sleep in.
  • Go fishin’.
  • Paint a pretty picture.
